Product Design Specialist
I collaborated closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap. My role involved translating ideas into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to craft intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms. I planned and conducted user research, interviews, and usability studies, using insights to shape design decisions. I also defined information architecture, created sitemaps, and maintained the design system with reusable components and documentation for scalability and consistency. I focused on improving usability and accessibility, led 2–3 member design teams, conducted design reviews, and mentored junior designers. Additionally, I managed design scope, prioritized tasks, and presented concepts and documentation to leadership and business teams.
